Really Pleased with the overall service received during sales and after sales.Bought Astra of them and I paid for an extended warranty. The car’s Head Gasket was gone and I arranged for the car in recovery to be sent back to Sam Car Sales as they do in-house warranty, They repaired the car in 2 days free of charge as it was under warranty, and since then I have had been using the car for almost 2 months and no problems at all.Definitely recommend this Dealership to my family and friends.

Fantastic purchase experience

We part exchanged our A-class Mercedes for a similar model and must say the salesperson Faisal and his team were exceptional. The whole experience in choosing the right car was made even better by the patience, professionalism, honesty, and genuine willingness to help and assist Faisal and his co-worker Attar. We were not pressurised as after the purchase the car had a minor issue which was resolved by their professional mechanic. We are happy customers and would definitely recommend this dealer.
